Training for Supervisors/Managers
In conjunction with stepping the Supervisors/Managers through the Pallet Processes, our team also provide them an overview on how to interpret their Hire Equipment Invoices. There are often savings to be gained through better management of pallet through-put and the planned replenishment of pallets (pallet issues) to save on equipment hire days (fees). Having an understanding of how these work arms our clients with the knowledge to make better decisions as to how they manage their pallet replenishment.
