In conjunction with the monthly hire equipment reconciliation, PPS clients receive a detailed monthly report outlining:

• The hire equipment position and variance from the previous month
• An explanation around any variances
• Areas of concern and recommendations (if required)
• Financial gains/deficits
• Current IOU quantities by trading partner and recovery results (if applicable)
