Pallet Management

The Precision Pallet Services team are specialists in all aspects of Pallet Management. We facilitate the management, reconciliation and reporting of all hire equipment accounts (CHEP/Loscam), as well as plain pallets, for our clients and work closely together with them to ensure positive results through the implementation of sound processes and procedures. 

The PPS team offers a variety of options when it comes to Pallet Management and all applications are tailored to each individual clients needs. We can do as much or as little as required, ranging from a one-off business overview through to an implementation of a full national Pallet Management solution. 

Our Pallet Management service includes:  

• Initial review/audit of current pallet procedures
• Implementation of new operational procedures (if required)
• Co-ordination, data entry and follow-up of all pallet movement transactions daily
• Recording and reporting of any IOU pallets
• Pallet Issues and Dehires
• Review/follow up with trading partners regarding any pallet Corrections and Rejections
• Review/action of discrepancies and unauthorised transfers
• Co-ordination/completion of monthly physical pallet counts  
• Reconciliation of monthly hire equipment invoices
• Provision of a monthly report outlining the hire equipment position and variance from the previous month and an explanation around any variances
• Ongoing support and guidance for your team
